Laurie Michaelis was a Lead Author on several Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports, including the Special Report on Emission Scenarios. He continues to serve as an Expert Reviewer for the IPCC, including the Special Report on Global Warming 1.5°C currently in development. Laurie is the Quakers for Sustainability expert and he has written to Cumbria County
